Welcome to Apartment Zen– Apartment Locator, a licensed real estate agent offering free apartment locating services. By using my website, communicating with me via SMS, email, or phone, submitting info on my online surveys and forms, or engaging with my services in any way, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Overview
I provide apartment locating services to renters at no cost. I help match you with apartment communities that align with your preferences such as location, budget, and availability. I am compensated directly by the property management company upon a successful lease. My assistance is 100% free to you, the renter.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and timely information about rental needs. Notify me promptly if you sign a lease through another method. List Terrence LeBlanc or Terry LeBlanc - Apartment Zen as the referral source on any rental applications for apartments I help you find.
3. Communication Consent
By providing your phone number and/or email address, you consent to receive communication from me related to your apartment search, which may include:cProperty recommendations, Appointment reminders, Newsletters, and apartment specials in your area, and Promotional or follow-up messages. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or OUT to any message or by contacting me at [email protected].
4. SMS Compliance
I comply with all A2P-10DLC messaging regulations. All text messages sent are relevant to your inquiry or services related to your apartment search. I do not use SMS for spam and do not share or sell your contact information with any 3rd parties or affiliates.
5. Data Usage
I collect your name, contact details, and rental preferences through form & survey submissions with your consent, in order to assist you with your apartment search. Information you provide will be used to:
Send personalized apartment options and updates. Send appointment reminders and updates. Deliver occasional newsletters or specials on available rentals. Provide property reports related to your search.

6. Third-Party Properties
I am not liable for the policies, leasing decisions, availability, or actions of any third-party apartment properties. Final rental decisions are solely between you and the property management.
7. Service Termination
I reserve the right to decline or terminate service to any client if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an “as-is” basis. I am not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages that may arise during your apartment search or leasing process.
