Apply & Get Approved
Once you’ve found your favorite apartment, it’s time to submit your application! You should be approved within 2 days. We'll even setup your electricity, water, & wi-fi. We want your big move in day to go smooth, so we'll make sure your apartment is connected and ready to go the moment you unlock the front door.

Can I just have a list of apartments to choose from?
We offer a fully customized list rather than a generic one. If we sent a list too early, by the time you’re ready to tour, most places may be unavailable or at different prices. We put a LOT of effort into personally confirming pricing, availability, and specials in addition to other things to help you not waste time.
How is this a free service?
While the main reason we offer our apartment hunting service to you is to build positive rapport, we collect a referral commission from the apartment you select directly from the property's advertising budget. In other words, we don't charge you a dime!
Will my apartment's rent change if I work with a Locator?
Nope! Your rental price and all details stay exactly the same, whether you were to receive our complimentary help our not. In fact, sometimes we can even help secure a lower price for you thanks to our relationships with many apartments throughout the city!
When is the best time to start touring?
Ideally, plan to tour when you’re prepared to make a decision, usually 1–60 days before your move-in date. Pricing, availability, and specials can change daily, so if you tour but delay your signing a lease, you may miss out on rates or look-and-lease specials.
